About the Role
The Junior Graphic Designer is a key functional partner who works collaboratively with the senior graphic designer, production, sales and merchandising department to bring the best product into our webstores.
This role supports and organizes the development of product from initial design inception, to final production stage for our webstores, while adhering/managing to the time and action calendar.
The ideal candidate is a passionate and highly organized individual who is well versed in the development and sourcing process and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
Experience as a graphic designer working inside a marketing and/or advertising agency, creative studio, or an in-house marketing team or media organization
Demonstrated knowledge of textile and apparel design principles
Ability to manage multiple projects independently as well as collaborate with the manager, senior designer, production and sales staff
Ability to produce high quality design work and closely monitor fast-moving email communication while working under tight deadlines
Work with Customer Service, Sales, and management to develop customer specific order validation processes
Ability to work well in a collaborative and creative environment with little supervision
Highly self-motivated and directed
Qualifications
1-2 Years of Design Experience(Internships and Freelance work included)
2D Graphics, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
Well-versed in working with imagery, color, and grids
Nice to have
Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration or related field
Ecommerce Experience
Familiarity with Canva
